The Kalamazoo, MI office has closed.  Please direct all mail to the main FAC office in Utica, MI. The Utica office remains in the same building, but is located in a new suite. Office staff can still be reached at 586-726-2988. Please see the contact us tab for address details.

The Ohio office of FAC has relocated from Macedonia to Ravenna, Ohio.  Please submit all correspondence to 705 Oakwood Street, Suite 208, Ravenna, OH 44266. Office staff can be reached by calling 330-296-2757.
